We build technology ventures. Docklab holds in-house r&d and incubation facilities, and our instinct is to collaborate.
Our starting position is a frontrunner agenda on energy and supply chains, and the Port of Rotterdam as our main backer. We collaborate to accelerate and continuously grow partnerships in r&d, commercialization and venture building.

In our lab we develop digital infrastructure and proof-of-concepts for ventures to be. This is the stage where we strip down new ideas to the fundamental evidence needed, crack technological nuts and do our first commercial validations.
The standard playbook prescribes scoping of product, go-to-market and organization. For Docklab this is also the stage where we structure our newco’s and onboard early-stage partners. We work with founder positions, joint ventures and consortium models.
Docklab supports its (pre) seed ventures with staffing, board members, ecosystem play and funding rounds. Hand-overs and phase-outs are managed between Docklab, venture executives and other investors.
